An email address and a time zone

What it does

Anchor the Day sends you a single short passage each morning — stoic mostly, inspirational often, playful when it wants to be. Marcus Aurelius on a Tuesday, something lighter on a Friday.

You give it an email address and the time zone you want it to land in, and that is the whole setup. There is no app to install and nothing to check: it arrives, you read it in fifteen seconds, you get on with your day.

If sponsorship ever appears it will be minimal, clearly labelled, and it will never interrupt the message.
