I’m John. I learned to code on a ZX Spectrum with a rubber keyboard, and I still love it — and most things retro. The rest of the time I build small iPhone apps, which is what you’ll find here.

AppyAppster is a one-person studio. I write the apps, I answer the support email, and I keep them running. If you email about a bug, you are emailing the person who can fix it.

The apps have nothing to do with each other on the surface — running, Tae Kwon-Do, and the tax admin that comes with working for yourself. They have one thing in common: each does a single job, on your phone, without an account and without sending your data anywhere.
