I’m John. AppyAppster is a one-person studio in Glasgow, and the person is me. I write the apps, for iPhone, Android and the web, I answer the support email, and I keep them all running. If you email about a bug, you are emailing the person who can fix it.

I get an idea, I do research and I build something. That’s just how my brain works. What each one collects, and where it goes, is set out product by product on the privacy page.

I learned to code on a ZX Spectrum with a rubber keyboard, and I still love it — and most things retro. That is not just nostalgia: BlockRacer is eight-bit down to the sound, and it exists because I wanted to play it.
